Tina was also smiling and giggling as they got inside, one arm around him as they got inside. Her expression though soon chnaged as soon as she saw Rotti’s anger as he was sat on the chair normally Pavi would sit on. She sighed and glanced at Pavi once, gulping as he tried to apologise to her uncle about their delay. even though it wasn’t a nig one. Maybe what? Five minutes? Still, it was late for Rotti, especially when it came to business. He was so very strict and she had to recognise this.
As Rotti asked for excuses and Tina saw that Pavi needed help, she walked to her uncle and wrapped her slim arms around his neck, kissing his cheek lightly; something that she hoped would at least tame him for a bit. She truned to her husband and smiled, her cheeks flushing a bit just by looking at his gorgeous face, hair, body and whole personality for that matter. Gosh, was he ever handsome! He was her God, there was no doubt for that. Her own happiness. She truned to Rotti and smiled at him, a bit lighter than she had at Pavi. “Uncle, please forgive us. It was a Gentern, not the one you sent to find us, but another one.” Tina lied smoothly, presing her lips together sadly. She hated all the Genterns with a burning passion that made it all the more easier to lie about them and galdly get them in serious trouble, even leading to their demise. “She wanted to clarify something about her job and she wouldn’t let us go, no matter how many times we explained to her what she should do…” She made a “tsk” sound, shaking her head hopelessly.
Pavi was unsure whether Rotti was about to fly off the handle or not. He was much like a feral dog, you see. You could try to pet it and feed it, but it would still bite your hand if it thought you were a threat. In this instance, the couple’s tardiness could very well be a threat to GeneCo’s reputation if it continued and furthered, and not only that, but to the picture perfect reputation of the Largo’s that Rotti liked to paint for the outside world.
Pavi let out a silent sigh of relief as Tina approached Rotti, putting her charm to good use. She knew exactly how to work her delicate side to her advantage, more often Pavi’s. This wouldn’t be the first time that she’d gotten him out of trouble. Rotti’s forehead creased in to a frown. ❝Which GENtern was this? I shall fire her. Immediately.❞ he thought out loud, brewing over the matter a moment before offering a smile up at Tina. No matter how hard he ever may have seemed, he loved that girl like she was his own. ❝I’ll send in the crew.❞ he spoke in a softer, more gentle tone than before. It was virtually undetectable, but sometimes, Pavi envied the way his Wife always knew what to say to please his Father. In this instance, it had been a lucky escape from Rotti’s anger for the both of them, but in others, it was almost as though Rotti favoured Tina over him. Not that he begrudged her the treatment, only that he wished that he, too, could make his Father happy.
Rotti left the room, leaving the couple momentarily on their own. It wouldn’t be long before the hair & makeup crew rushed in to spruce them up. Pavi sighed and smiled thankfully over at his Wife, glad that at least one of them had some smarts. ❝Well-a done, baby!❞ he praised, pressing a soft kiss to her lips. ❝We could have been in serious trouble had it not been for-a you!❞
She smirked at Pavi as soon as Rotti seemed to believe her. Gosh, only she and Pavi knew how much she despised those fulthy whores, mostly because they reminded her of how Pavi once used to be all over them. Even though this had now changed, Tina still hated them more than anything in the world. She would let a cockroach live out of pity— never a Gentern… She turned to her uncle and pouted, as if she was sad that the Gentern would have to leave them. “Mona, the new one with the pink highlights… I’m really sorry, uncle…” She said lightly, still smoothly.
She pulled back elegantly as the GeneCo owner got up and nodded when he declared that he would bring the crew to get them both ready. Tina walked to Pavi and smiled up at him, almost a darm smirk appearing as she teased him. “You’re not angry I got one of your bellas fired, are you?” They were not “his bellas” anymore but she loved teasing him like this. She chuckled and leaned in to kiss his lovely and gorgeous lips back lovingly, wrapping her arms around his neck. “Amore, it’s not me only! You can do this too, Pavs!” She always believed that her husband was really smart, he just had to believe it and believe in himself. She kept him in her arms for as long as she could before the hair and make-up crew would come for them, probably along with Rotti. “I love you, amore, you know that, si? I believe in you, you can also lie to him just as smoothly and have him in the palm of your hand!” Smirked the girl. She really and in all honesty loved her uncle, she did! But some lying was in order sometimes, so that they would avoid trouble.
